Join the Team!
We are actively recruiting new skaters, referees, and non-skating officials. No skate experience is required to join. All skill levels are welcome, ages 18+. Open to all genders & non-binary folks.
Derby 101 practice is held Sunday nights 7 - 8 PM at Starlight Skatium in Fayetteville, AR.
New skaters start by participating in our Derby 101 training program. During Derby 101, skaters will learn and review roller skating skills and roller derby fundamentals such as stops, falls, and footwork, just to name a few. Helmets, protective pads, and skates are provided as loaner gear to skaters. Bringing your own skates or gear is encouraged!
We recommend bringing water, comfortable clothes, and sneakers to be active in during practice.
Volunteer
Referees, non-skating officials, and volunteers are crucial in holding our games and events! If you’re interested in helping or being a part of the league in any capacity, reach out to us or join us Sundays 7 - 8 PM at Starlight Skatium.
